  1. This was such a rich and inspiring discussion. It really helped me understand ways in which to not only cope with this time of change, but to become a force for positive growth internally and externally. Thank you Philip (and Nikki and Theo).

  2. I love this interview, it is so inspiring to hear you talk and understand more about Druidry (I just finished your Bardic course, by the way) and you really got me interested in sophrology. It seems intuitively right that integrating movements of the body into meditation is helpful. What I’d like to know is: What are the benefits of Sophrojogy over ancient forms of meditation in movement like QiGong or TaiJi? (Both of which I have been practising for the past 21 years, additionally, working as a grammar school teacher, I do mindfulness courses with pupils of the secondary school I am teaching at.) Personally, I find it easier to delve into that state of mental calm while the body is moving, easier that sitting in, say, Zen meditation. Is Sophrojogy much different? An ugly term, but I am asking about the “surplus value” here. Best wishes from a Bavarian Bard

  3. Wonderful Interview Philip! Loved it! Well said, well done & Inspiring! Thanks for sharing it. 🙂
