9781583949054There is a lovely book by Shelley Keneipp – The Parent’s Guide to Homeopathy – that I highly recommend. Shelley’s book is a comprehensive and accessible guide that covers an extensive range of ailments with detailed but easy to grasp advice to help parents support the health of their families:

‘The Parent’s Guide To Homeopathy’ is a user friendly book spanning from newborns through the teen years. Parents will be able to use this book for just about any acute ailment that arises. The section on winter ailments, first-aid and travel, can also be used for the whole family. If a child wakes up in the middle of the night with an earache or develops an upset stomach while traveling, parents will have a storehouse of knowledge at their fingertips in this book. ~ Homeopathy for the Child Website

  1. I’m a homeopath that came to study the subject through using it on my son who is in the autistic spectrum. He trained me for 15 years before I decided to actually get a certificate in it! Lovely to see you spreading the word of this wonderful way to keep our children healthy and happy. I’ll take a look at the book too and pass it on 🙂

  2. Homeopathy works wonders.

  3. Seriously, something that has been disproved time and time again. I expected more from OBOD than to perpetuate this nonsense.

  4. Hi Carla

You could look at the scientific data of studies rather than remain under the thrall of reports from sources with vested interests.

You are wrong…..and unfortunately recent research has shown how reporting on Homeopathy has been deliberately skewed: https://www.karger.com/Article/Pdf/355916

Scientific evidence for Homeopathic Medicine exists and is growing.

    Homeopathy works!

Sorry, but you have been hoodwinked….line and sinker.

The putative class plaintiffs sued defendants Hylands, Inc. and Standard Homeopathic Company alleging they made false and misleading representations about the effectiveness of the active ingredients in 12 homeopathic products produced, marketed, and sold by the defendants throughout the United States.

New study adds to the growing body of research showing homeopathic medicines produce apoptosis in cancer cells
In a new study published in The International Journal of Oncology the findings of a preclinical study clearly delineated the molecular mechanism underlying the apoptogenic effect of the non-toxic homeopathic remedy, sulphur, in non-small cell lung carcinoma cells.
Sulphur alters NF∫B-p300 cross-talk in favour of p53-p300 to induce apoptosis in non-small cell lung carcinoma

In the search for new medicines devoid of the toxic side effects associated with conventional chemotherapy, this study adds to the growing body of knowledge (1) (2) (3) that outlines the potential of homeopathic medicines to have a role in the treatment of patients suffering various forms of carcinoma.
