" A good traveller has no fixed plans,

and is not intent on arriving "

Awen 10

Worry is the enemy of Awen. When you worry you are like a dog chasing its tail…you go around in circles, and there’s no room for Awen to come into your awareness.

One Response to “Awen 10”

  1. Taoist meditation teaches that the Tao is like a butterfly. If you chase it it will fly away and you’ll have quite a time trying to catch it. If you sit still with an open heart, the butterfly will land on you of it’s own free will and accord and bestow it’s grace upon you. This is why stillness is the motion of the Tao. Sounds a lot like Awen to me!!

Keep up the great work, and I just finish your Book Of English Magic. All I kept thinking is that Britain IS the “Blessed Isle.” Happy Yule to You and Yours /|
