A Winter Feast for the Soul

Continuing yesterday’s theme, here is a project that looks really good. There are so many global initiatives for meditation and peace one can become quite cynical, and if you’re picky you might object to the Norther Hemispherism here that forgets half the world is in summer, but these issues aside, the idea of taking one idea from Rumi and inviting the world to spend the next 40 days undertaking 40 minutes of spiritual practice a day is fantastic. The project starts tomorrow.
