Finding the Key

I received a very touching post from a friend recently. Barry Winbolt is a therapist, coach and writer who has a fabulous Blog: Life doesn’t have to be like that. I always enjoy reading Barry’s daily blog entries, they are inspiring, deeply practical and helpful – I really recommend you take a look. I include here one of Barry’s recent entries, a video he discovered and shared about the power of music to heal and reconnect us with ourselves. It is truly moving and uplifting. Barry wrote,
